We are a well-established multi-specialty dental practice in Berwyn, IL, offering a welcoming environment where we treat our patients like family. With over 20 years of dedicated service to the community, we are seeking a friendly and organized part-time front office team member to join our growing practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a dental office and proficiency in essential skills, including DEXIS, appointment scheduling, and treatment planning. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating with patients, and assisting them in pre-booking their recare appointments.

Our office prioritizes safety and wellbeing, supplying necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, and N95 masks. You will also have access to advanced air purification systems to ensure a safe working environment.

We offer a range of benefits, including paid time off and scrubs after the probationary period. Lunch breaks range from 45 to 60 minutes, and our scheduling software is Archy Dental.
