Registered Dental Hygienist for New Dental Office

At La Tooth Doc, we believe oral health is deeply connected to overall health and wellness. We are seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist who is passionate about educating patients, building relationships, and helping people achieve healthier lives.

This is not a traditional hygiene position. We are looking for a clinician who sees themselves as an educator, advocate, and trusted healthcare professional.

What you’ll do
- [ ] Deliver comprehensive preventative and periodontal care.
- [ ] Educate patients on the relationship between oral health and systemic health.
- [ ] Utilize digital technology to enhance patient understanding and treatment acceptance.
- [ ] Create meaningful patient relationships through excellent communication.
- [ ] Identify opportunities for comprehensive care and collaborate with the doctor.
- [ ] Support a patient centered experience focused on trust comfort and long-term health.

What we’re looking for
Active Texas dental hygiene license. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills passion for patient education and disease prevention, Strong understanding of periodontal health and systemic connections. Positive growth, oriented attitude. Commitment to delivering and elevated patient experience. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a general practice setting who are proficient in a variety of dental hygiene skills.
