Front Desk Coordinator → Future Office Manager

Established Dental Practice | Sandy Springs

We are a well-established, out of network, patient-focused dental practice in Sandy Springs seeking a motivated Front Desk Coordinator who is excited about growing into an Office Manager / Treatment Plan Coordinator role.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants more than just a front desk position — we are looking for the right person to grow with our practice.

Compensation

$25-$35 per hour, based on experience and skill set

Significant increase expected as the role transitions into Office Manager

Paid holidays and additional benefits discussed during interview

Schedule

4 days per week initially

Potential transition to 5 days per week as Office Manager

What You’ll Start With

Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience

Scheduling appointments and managing the daily flow

Answering phones and handling patient communication

Insurance verification and basic financial discussions

Supporting the clinical and administrative team

Growth Opportunity

As you learn our systems and demonstrate leadership, this role is designed to transition into an Office Manager / Treatment Plan Coordinator position, with:

Increased responsibility and autonomy

Involvement in treatment presentation and case acceptance

Team leadership and practice management duties
