What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding patient care by:
Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures and hygiene appointments
Preparing treatment rooms before each patient visit
Taking digital dental X-rays (state certification required where applicable)
Sterilizing instruments and maintaining OSHA infection control standards
Assisting the dentist and hygienist using four-handed dentistry techniques
Supporting patient intake, exams, and treatment preparation
Helping create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and clinical workflows
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
X-ray certification (if required by your state)
Preferred Experience
Experience with dental software such as Curve, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental
Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
