Dental Assistant

LOCATION
Chicago, IL

General dentistry practice in Lakeview seeks dental assistant to join our team! The practice has 3 doctors and 10 employees. Looking for an applicant that is reliable, friendly, has excellent communication skills, and has a good work ethic in a team setting. 1+ year/s of dental assisting experience required.

Responsibilities include operatory setup/break down, greeting and seating patients, chairside assisting, digital scanning, following proper sterilization protocols, maintenance of the dental operatory and materials

Skills: Chairside assisting, Xrays (FMX, BW, PA, PANO), knowledge of general dental procedures/instruments, ability to use dental software (Dentrix, Dexis)

Hours: Full time Mondays-Thursdays 7:15 am-5:00/5:30 pm with lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm, Fridays 7:15am-1pm with no breaks, and no Saturdays/Sundays. Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K, earned PTO, and covered parking. Hourly rate depends on level of experience.
