Orange, CAWe are a growing general dental practice seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a dependable, professional individual who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment and supporting a smooth day-to-day workflow.
In this position, you will assist with chairside procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, take and process X-rays as allowed by state regulations, and help ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Strong customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with patients regularly and helping create a positive experience from start to finish.
We are looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience and a high school education, but also willing to train a motivated candidate. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team in a busy general dentistry setting.
This role includes a 1-hour lunch break and parking available in a parking lot for your convenience. Benefits include a monthly medical stipend, dental benefits, and PTO. Compensation is $28–33 DOE.
