Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Sanger, TXWe are growing multispecialty general dentistry practice with a focus on implants. We are a looking for a self motivated and passionate Dental Assistant to join our team in our beautiful location in Sanger, TX. We provide implants, periodontal treatment and full mouth restorations to our patients. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.
Our Dental Assistants are reliable, dependable, organized and passionate about patient care. They have the ability to leave a lasting impression with our patients and help them to feel at ease from surgery to the final restorations.
Hours are full time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. This is an opportunity with room to grow and progress as we open more locations in the near future.
Job Responsibilities:
• Be the ambassadors of stellar patient experience
• Pre-op and post-op patient management
• Take intraoral scans, impressions, CBCT scans, X-rays etc.
• Manage dental supplies inventory
• Assisting during surgical and restorative procedures
• Adjusting and relining prosthetics
• Giving post-op instructions to the patients.
• Following up with surgery patients the next day.
• Setting up and breaking down rooms for exams and surgery.
• Assisting the hygienist when necessary.
• Communicating with patients/families regarding Sedation
• Communicating patient needs and questions to dentist and staff
• Following up with the team
• Staying organized
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of TWO years of Dental Surgery Assisting.
• Assisiting in a Periodontal/ Implants practice is a plus.
• RDA is must
• Collaborate and contribute to the team
• Connect with each patient, show compassion, understanding and support.
• Background in the dental All on 4 industry is a plus!
• Be proactive and provide solutions for patients and team

Pay: From $18-23.00 per hour
