About the Role:
As our Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll lead our front office operations, support our clinical team, and help create an environment where patients feel cared for and the team feels empowered.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the dental office
Support, schedule, and guide the front desk and administrative team
Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure an exceptional patient experience
Manage billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting
Partner with the doctor(s) on team leadership and office goals
Schedule:
4 days per week
No weekends – enjoy your long weekends in wine country!
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has dental office management experience (preferred)
Is a strong communicator with leadership skills
Is organized, detail-oriented, and upbeat

Napa, CAAbout our office:
We are a single doctor office practicing comprehensive care out of five operatories placing and restoring implants with bone grafting, full mouth rehabilitation, Thermafil endodontics, oral surgery including wisdom teeth, Zoom whitening, cosmetic veneers/makeovers, full and partial dentures, pedodontics, and traditional crown and bridge work. All operatories are computerized utilizing digital scanning for impressions. A state of the art Hydrim instrument washer is in use with uniform instrument cassettes for maximum efficiency . We are also beginning the process of training to do clear aligners for orthodontics.
