Solaris Dental is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. This position is well-suited for an assistant who is confident clinically, comfortable taking initiative, and interested in being part of a stable, supportive team.

🦷 Position Overview:
Provide chairside assistance for a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring efficient and organized appointments
Oversee daily clinical flow, including operatory setup, breakdown, and readiness throughout the day
Serve as a point of support for the assistant team during the workday to maintain smooth operations
Assist with onboarding and training of new clinical team members as needed
Maintain sterilization protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA compliance
Support patient comfort and a seamless appointment experience
Step in where needed to support providers and overall team operations
