About Our Practice:
Our practice is a single-doctor office with two experienced hygienists, located in Central Austin. We foster a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere where teamwork is the essence of our success. With a focus on periodontal health, we emphasize the importance of patient education and preventive care in promoting long-term oral well-being.
The Opportunity:
As a vital member of our dental team, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including but not limited to:
- Periodontal screenings and treatment planning
- Scaling and root planing (SRP) and prophylaxis
- Oral cancer screenings and patient education
- Antibiotic therapy and antimicrobial placement
- Utilizing various technologies and techniques for optimal patient outcomes
Your expertise in periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing (SRP) will be valued as you work closely with our talented staff and the doctor to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
What We Offer:
We provide competitive hourly compensation, paid health insurance, and generous paid time off after 90 days of employment. Our work hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. While we typically work through lunch due to our schedule, there is ample time between patients to grab a snack or meal.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Active state licensure and CPR certification
- Proficient in periodontal therapy and scaling techniques
