Are you a dedicated and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives? We are seeking an enthusiastic dental hygienist to join our dynamic team in a thriving dental practice with 13 locations. Our office, managed by four devoted brothers, prides itself on over 15 years of delivering exceptional patient care in a fun and supportive environment.

At our practice, we highly value the contributions of our dental hygienists, who play a crucial role in patient education, preventive care, and maintaining the highest standards of oral health. You will work closely with a team of well-trained dental assistants and experienced dentists who share a commitment to patient-centered care. On a day-to-day basis, you will see one patient at a time, allowing for thorough examinations and personalized attention. Typically, you will spend 45 minutes to an hour on recall patients and up to 1.5 hours for new patients.

In addition to a fulfilling work environment, we offer a competitive salary and a bonus program based on collections, which are paid out quarterly after your initial three months with us. We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication to patient care.

Our office operates on a flexible schedule, with hours of operation Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:15 AM to 3 PM, providing you with a great work-life balance with no weekend shifts. You will receive a one-hour lunch break from Monday to Thursday, allowing you some time to recharge.

To thrive in this role, you should possess a valid Registered Dental Hygienist License and have over a year of experience in the field, providing comprehensive care to patients with a variety of dental needs.
