REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH)
LOCATION
Mason, OHWe are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join our full-time team in a professional, patient-centered dental practice serving the Mason community. This position is ideal for a clinician who values quality care, strong team relationships, and the opportunity to build lasting connections with patients in a thoughtful, unrushed environment.
Our practice is privately owned, fee-for-service, and focused on delivering exceptional dentistry in a setting where relationships come before production. We serve patients across general, multi-specialty, and private practice needs, and we take pride in offering comprehensive care tailored to each individual. Because we schedule one patient at a time for one full hour, you will have the time needed to provide thorough preventive care, patient education, and a high level of clinical attention.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience who brings professionalism, kindness, and a commitment to excellent patient experiences. The ideal team member will be comfortable working collaboratively in a close-knit environment and will appreciate the value of clear communication, dependable teamwork, and continuous learning. A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is expected.
Responsibilities include performing preventive hygiene procedures, assessing oral health conditions, educating patients on home care and treatment recommendations, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting the overall efficiency and quality of the practice. You will work with patients one at a time in a calm, organized setting that allows you to focus on delivering comprehensive care.
This full-time role follows a Tuesday through Thursday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Compensation is $50–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
