Our practice, Tanglewood Dental, offers a beautiful, state-of-the-art environment dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

We are currently seeking a part-time dental hygienist with at least 3 years of experience. In our fast-paced office, you will work alongside our two highly experienced doctors—Dr. Kheir and Dr. Van Zandt—who bring over 55 years of combined expertise. Our well-coordinated team includes four skilled assistants, a dedicated practice manager, and three friendly receptionists, all committed to creating a positive environment for patients and staff alike.

As a dental hygienist with us, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including providing teeth cleanings, and maintenance for our implant patients. Familiarity with AO4s is highly recommended, as our current hygienist removes and replaces the AO4s herself. We are looking for someone comfortable cleaning around implants, performing irrigation, and placing Arestin. Your schedule will allow you to focus on one patient at a time, with ample time allocated for established patients and slightly longer for new patients, ensuring you can deliver your best work without feeling rushed.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $50-$54 per hour, we offer benefits such as sick days, bonuses, incentives, and paid time off. Parking is conveniently available at both the front and back of the building, ensuring easy access to our office.

Tanglewood Dental is a private specialty office located right outside the loop in a shopping strip. We have 4 amazing assistants, one hygienist, two doctors, one practice manager and 3 receptionists who work wonderfully together.. Dr. Kheir is a general dentist who's been practicing for 25+ years. Dr. Van Zandt is a general dentist who's been practicing for 30+ years. We have a beautiful office with state of the art technology to provide the best patient care to each and every one of our patients. We have a fast paced working environment. Every appointment is booked with adequate time to comfortably do your best job.

* HYGIENE TEMPS - we highly recommend hygienist who are very familiar with AO4's. Our hygienist here does remove and replace the AO4's her self for cleaning appointments. We are not expecting another hygienist to remove any prothesis because the doctor will come in and do this first BUT we would like someone that feels comfortable enough cleaning around implants, irrigating and placing Arestin.
