Join Our Team as an On-Call Dental Hygienist!

Are you an experienced dental hygienist looking for a flexible opportunity to pick up additional days without committing to a regular schedule? Evolution at Tanglewood Dental is looking for a dependable, experienced hygienist to join our team on an as-needed basis.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility and is available to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays when our hygiene schedule becomes fully booked. While hours are not guaranteed each week, we are looking to build a relationship with a hygienist we can rely on as our patient demand continues to grow.

Our modern, patient-focused practice provides comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality care and patient education. You'll work alongside Dr. Kheir, who brings more than 30 years of clinical experience, and a supportive team that values professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.

What we're looking for:

* Minimum of 3 years of clinical hygiene experience
* Comfortable providing preventive and periodontal care
* Experience with implant maintenance and irrigation preferred
* Familiarity with AO4 (All-on-4) maintenance is a plus
* Experience placing Arestin is preferred
* Excellent communication and patient education skills
* Dependable, adaptable, and able to step into a busy schedule with confidence

We schedule one patient at a time and value providing quality care without rushing appointments. Our team is committed to creating an exceptional experience for every patient while supporting one another throughout the day.

Compensation:

$54–$60 per hour (based on experience)
