LOCATION
Chicago, ILWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our full-time team in a general dental practice. This role supports chairside care and helps ensure a smooth, professional experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and updating patient records, and maintaining a clean and efficient clinical area. Additional duties may include setting up trays, supporting patient comfort, and helping with general office flow as needed.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Coronal polishing and sealants certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow infection control and safety protocols
We provide personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A parking lot is available for staff, and a 30-minute lunch break is provided.
This position offers an hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a welcoming, patient-focused dental team.
