Part or full time Hygienist RDH

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygiene professional to join our patient-focused team in a thriving private dental office. Our practice provides general dentistry in a supportive, upbeat, and positive environment designed to help every team member succeed. Led by Dr. Jay, who has owned and operated the practice for 13 years, we take pride in delivering high-quality care while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff.

This is a full-time opportunity in a modern office that values professionalism, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Our practice serves a diverse patient base and operates as a general, multi-specialty, single doctor, multi doctor, PPO, and private practice environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic setting where strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.

In this role, you will provide preventive and therapeutic oral care while educating patients on proper hygiene techniques, oral health maintenance, and treatment recommendations. Responsibilities include performing cleanings, assessing oral health, documenting findings accurately, taking x-rays as needed, and supporting the dentist and clinical team with patient care. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on delivering personalized, thorough, and high-quality care.

We are looking for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in a dental setting and a college-level education. A strong clinical foundation, professional demeanor, and a genuine commitment to patient comfort and education are highly valued. The right individual will bring a positive attitude, attention to detail , excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
