Dental Office Manager

We are a female founded boutique pediatric dental office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Our goal is to deliver the best pediatric dental care possible for our family of patients.

We are seeking a very friendly, warm, and welcoming individual to help manage our dental office. The applicant will be responsible for all financial transactions and must be comfortable discussing fees with parents or guardians.

Prior work experience in running a dental office
Proficiency in Dentrix
Phone etiquette skills
Superb organizational skills
Additional Information:

We are open 3/4 Sundays a month for half a day
We are closed on Saturdays
No late evenings
