Schedule: 7:45 AM-5:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday,
Every other Friday 7:45 AM -2:30 PM (No weekends)

You're a dental hygienist who has:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist license as required by the state
Current CPR/BLS certification or willing to obtain by the first day
High level of integrity and dependability

Open Dental experience preferred

Digital X-ray experience

Local Anesthesia license preferred
Bilingual preferred
Experience in a DSO setting preferred

Understands a productive hygiene schedule and supports office production
Comfortable promoting and educating patients on adjuncts and preventive services (ex: Arrestin, fluoride, X-rays, whitening)
Understands “add-ons” and how to communicate value ethically (confident in case presentation, not pushy)
Takes initiative to help fill the schedule (calls/texts patients if openings appear)
Schedules future appointments before the patient leaves (pre-appoints consistently)
Chart preparation before appointment (reviews history + confirms if X-rays are needed)
Clinical Expectations
Confident in diagnosing and documenting SRP needs
Strong hygiene exam flow
Works closely with doctors:
Stays with the provider for exams as needed
Communicates findings clearly
Inputs/updates recommended treatment in the chart to support continuity of care
