Dental Assistant needed for Biological Dental Office
LOCATION
Austin, TXWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant** to join our **private, single-doctor general and oral surgery practice. Our team provides exceptional patient care with a comprehensive approach to oral and systemic health. We evaluate airway concerns, TMJ function, toxin burden, and signs of bacterial infection in the jaws and oral cavity, using 3D CBCT imaging to support diagnosis and treatment planning. Our office also incorporates ozonated water, ozonated gas irrigation, ozone ear insufflation, supplements, probiotics, and Fotona laser therapy to support patient wellness.
The ideal candidate has 1 year of dental assisting experience** and strong skills in **restorative care, surgical assisting, and patient care**. We are looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working in a biologic dental environment. This role also includes being cross-trained to help with **answering phones and checking out patients when needed. Team members support one another and work together to provide a smooth patient experience.
We offer disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks**, along with **side parking spots** and a **30-minute to 1-hour lunch break**. Compensation is **$20–$27 per hour**. Benefits are available after 90 days and include **PTO, a health stipend, and 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of employment.
