Associate Dentist – Holistic, Family-Centered Dental Practice

Family Holistic Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice in Boulder seeking a dentist who is committed to comprehensive, high-quality care and interested in practicing in a collaborative, biologically minded environment.
Our doctor team currently includes two experienced female dentists who work closely together and support one another’s clinical strengths. We are intentional about defining areas of focus for each provider so there is clarity in scheduling, continuity in treatment planning, and no internal competition. We believe this structure allows each dentist to build confidence, clinical depth, and long-term patient relationships.
Dr. Burke focuses on extractions, and implants
Dr. Brown focuses on comprehensive restorative dentistry
As our patient base continues to grow, we are excited to welcome an Associate Dentist who would like to support prosthodontic treatment such as - Aesthetic anterior cases, Removable dentures and partial dentures, full mouth rehabilitation cases, and Comprehensive exams/ treatment planning along with Clear Aligner Therapy, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Who We’re Looking For
-A dentist with experience, someone who enjoys spending quality time with patients and education.
-Comfortable helping with exams and family dentistry
-Curious and open to holistic / biological dentistry (training provided)
-Enjoys working in a team-based environment
-Interested in learning, growing, and contributing long-term
Schedule
-Start with 2 days per week
-Opportunity to grow into additional days or full-time
-Office hours: Monday–Friday 7-3pm

Compensation and Benefits
First 3 months $800 per day or 30% of production whatever is higher. After 3 months 30% of production .

Full-time benefits include:-401(k) up to 3,5% matching and we pay for the administration
-$200/month toward medical insurance (our group plan)
-Continuing Education: $3K to start and $5K after the second year with commitment
-Mentorship and training in holistic protocols
