Associate Dentist – Holistic, Family-Centered Dental Practice
We are a growing holistic dental practice built around teamwork, patient education, and comprehensive care. Our office is led by three dentists, each bringing a different focus, so our patients are truly cared for in every area of dentistry.
Dr. Burke focuses on surgery, extractions, and implants
Dr. Brown focuses on comprehensive restorative dentistry
Dr Johns supports surgical and advanced care

As our patient base continues to grow, we are excited to welcome an Associate Dentist who enjoys working with children and families and would like to support exams, pediatric care, and general dentistry, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Who We’re Looking For
A dentist with experience, someone who truly enjoys seeing kids
Comfortable helping with exams and family dentistry
Curious and open to holistic / biological dentistry (training provided)
Enjoys working in a team-based environment
Interested in learning, growing, and contributing long-term

Bonus if interested in appliances and pediatric development, as this area is growing in our practice.

Schedule:
Start with 2 days per week
Opportunity to grow into additional days or full-time
Office hours: Monday–Friday 7-3pm

Our office is modern, calm, and patient-focused, with a strong emphasis on education, gentle care, and holistic principles. You’ll be supported by three dentists and a close-knit, experienced team that truly works together.

Compensation & Benefits
First 3 months $800 per day or 30% of production whatever is higher. After 3 months 30% of production

Full-time benefits include:
401(k) up to 3,5% matching and we pay for the administration
$200/month toward medical insurance (our group plan)
Continuing Education:$3K to start and $5K after the second year with commitment
Mentorship and training in holistic protocols
