Dental Front Office FT or PT

We’re growing and looking to add an exceptional team member to our Front Desk Team!

FULL-TIME or PART-TIME

We are a highly regarded, privately owned PPO/FFS dental practice located in West Arvada seeking a motivated, experienced, and compassionate individual to join our team. Our patient base is multi-generational and values high-quality, personalized, whole-person dental care.

Our ideal candidate has strong experience with comprehensive treatment planning for PPO and out-of-network insurance plans (additional experience is highly preferred). Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys serving patients and supporting their teammates with kindness, humility, professionalism, and compassion.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of dental front desk experience required
Strong understanding of dental insurance benefits
Excellent treatment planning and financial presentation skills
Eaglesoft experience preferred
Ability to adapt and switch gears quickly
Strong scheduling and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to help patients feel comfortable and cared for
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking and attention to detail
Professional, polished, dependable, and reliable
Works well independently and as part of a team
Experience with cosmetic dentistry and/or sleep dentistry is a plus
Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time
No evenings or weekends

Office Hours

Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
