We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in our general dental practice.
As a Dental Hygienist at our office, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care, ensuring our patients receive the best possible preventive services. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing procedures, and utilizing both manual and ultrasonic instruments for effective calculus removal. You will be responsible for conducting oral cancer and pathology screenings, as well as gingivitis and periodontal evaluations to ensure our patients’ dental health is closely monitored.
Your expertise in fluoride treatments, oral hygiene instruction, and comprehensive patient education will be key to helping our patients understand the importance of diligent home care and preventive practices. You will manage patient records efficiently using Eaglesoft and ensure compliance with sterile procedures and protocols, fostering a safe environment for both patients and staff.
To succeed in this role, applicants must be CPR certified and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trusting relationships with patients of all ages, including children. Experience with pediatric hygiene and periodontal treatments is highly valued. We seek a dedicated team player who is committed to professional growth and continuous improvement.
