Associate DDS

We are a well-established, patient-centered family/doctor-owned general dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated dentist to join our growing team. Our practice has earned a strong reputation for delivering quality clinical care in a warm, family-friendly setting, supported by a loyal patient base developed over many years. This associate role is designed for a dentist who wants to build a meaningful future in a thriving general practice. The position begins with part-time hours, with initial scheduling negotiable. Preferred availability is Tuesday and Friday, with the potential to increase days based on patient needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the current owner to learn the practice, understand the patient base, and integrate with the team. For the right individual, there is an opportunity to purchase equity within 12–24 months under mutually agreed terms. This opening is available due to the continued growth of the practice.

We are looking for a dentist with at least 2 years of experience who is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key responsibilities and clinical skills include:
- Dental charting and treatment planning
- Calculus removal, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal treatment
- Oral hygiene instruction and patient education
- Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration
- CPR certification
- Scheduling and coordination of care
- Working with special needs patients

The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and committed to building long-term patient relationships. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential. A college-level educational background is expected, along with the professionalism to contribute positively to a collaborative practice culture.

We prioritize safety and infection control and provide the following PPE: face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks.

Compensation is offered as a percentage of collections, with earning potential tied to productivity and patient care. This is a strong opportunity for a dentist seeking clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a pathway toward future ownership in a respected general dental practice.
