Registered Hygiene Assistant
LOCATION
Austin, TXWe are seeking an experienced dental professional to join a busy, patient-focused office serving general dentistry, pedodontics, a multi-doctor team, and PPO patients. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent care to both children and adults.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a dental office and is cross-trained to support multiple areas of the practice. Strong chairside assisting skills are required, along with a solid understanding of dental procedures, sterilization protocols, and patient communication. Coronal polishing is an important skill for this role, and candidates should be comfortable performing it confidently and accurately.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team of doctors and assistants. Professionalism, attention to detail, and a caring attitude are essential.
This full-time role includes a 1-hour lunch break and offers a competitive starting pay of $24–$30 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, quarterly bonuses, PTO, and STO.
