We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centric general dental practice on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in our team by:

- Conducting thorough dental cleanings and exams, while performing preventative care and education for our patients.
- Assessing and documenting the oral health status of patients, including taking medical histories and recording vital signs.
- Applying sealants and fluoride treatments, and discussing findings with the dentist and patients.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Maintaining hygiene equipment and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, infection control measures, and sterilization processes.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

- A valid dental hygiene license in the state, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, hygiene practices, and education techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems and digital charting.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene.
