We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team in a family-oriented dental practice. This part-time position is ideal for both new graduates and seasoned professionals looking to work in a supportive environment where patient care is the priority.
Our practice specializes in general dentistry and serves a diverse patient base, including Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and private patients, allowing you to gain experience across various settings. We see patients aged 0 to 99 and handle cases ranging from simple prophylaxis to slightly complex scaling and root planing (SRP). Our team consists of only seven members, including the owner and lead Doctor, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone’s input is valued.
As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will have the benefit of working one-on-one with patients, spending approximately one hour with each individual. You will be responsible for conducting thorough dental cleanings, educating patients on oral health, and using your expertise to facilitate a comfortable experience. Our office is fully equipped with high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring your safety while providing excellent care.
The position has become available due to the retirement of our current hygienist, leaving an excellent opportunity for you to step into a role that is integral to our practice. We value education, and our team is always open to supporting your ongoing professional development.
