Orthodontist Assistant
LOCATION
Littleton, COA privately-owned, family-focused dental practice is seeking a full-time team member to support a welcoming, high-quality environment serving patients with General, Orthodontic, Multi-specialty, Multi-doctor, and Private care needs. This growing practice is known for building long-term relationships, with many families trusting their dental care here for more than 20 years.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience and a high school education. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining equipment, and helping create a positive experience for every patient. Strong communication, a caring attitude, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
This team values professionalism, positivity, and genuine care, and offers a supportive workplace where staff are encouraged to have fun while delivering excellent service. The facility is well maintained, and all personal protective equipment is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Additional benefits include insurance, 401K matching, PTO, flexible time off, and gym reimbursement. A 1-hour lunch break is provided, and on-site parking is available. Compensation ranges from $25–35 per hour.
