Dental Hygienist Needed!

We are a growing dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated dental hygienist to join our team full-time. Our office provides care in both general dentistry and oral surgery, offering a dynamic work environment where you can build meaningful relationships with patients while contributing to a high standard of clinical care.

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal services, support treatment planning, and help maintain a comfortable and efficient patient experience. You may see one patient at a time or occasionally two at a time, depending on the schedule and procedure needs. Appointments typically run about one hour per patient, allowing you the time needed to provide quality care and thorough attention. Because our practice includes oral surgery services, the ability to adapt to different clinical situations and work collaboratively with the team is important.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in dental hygiene and a strong foundation in patient care. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and professionalism to every interaction. Since our practice is continuing to grow, we value individuals who are dependable, flexible, and eager to contribute to a supportive and productive office culture.

A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is expected for this position. Familiarity with general and surgical dental workflows is preferred, though a willingness to learn and grow within the practice is equally important.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $50–$56, along with a benefits package that includes medical insurance, paid time off, and holiday pay. Parking is available in the parking lot for added convenience. Lunch breaks are available when needed, with flexibility based on the day’s schedule.
