We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. In our dental office, each team member plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care, and we value collaboration and professionalism. Our staff is knowledgeable and works cohesively to ensure the overall success of our practice, making the patient’s comfort and care our top priority.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care, typically working with one patient at a time. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and assessments for new patients. You will also be involved in more specialized procedures such as scaling and root planing, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and care.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid RDH License, and knowledge of N2O and Local Anesthetic administration is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience is desired, as you will be contributing to our commitment to excellence. Your compassion and kindness will resonate with our patients, enhancing their overall experience at our practice.
In addition to a supportive work environment, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $36 to $42 per hour, or 35% of production, which can be further discussed. Our benefits include paid time off (PTO), profit sharing, uniforms covered after 90 days, and a 401k matching program.
