Registered Dental Assistant for small private practice

We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join a small, private dental practice that provides a wide range of care in a collaborative and supportive setting. Our team consists of one dentist and one hygienist, and we focus on delivering high-quality treatment with a patient-centered approach. Services in the office include general dentistry, oral surgery, and limited endodontic care, with procedures such as composites, crowns, extractions, implants, all-on-4 cases, and other restorative and surgical treatments.

Because our days are busy, time tends to move quickly, and we are looking for a dependable professional who can keep pace while maintaining excellent chairside support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and strong skills in four-handed dentistry, especially in general dentistry and oral surgery. Additional experience in treatment planning, patient records, dental charting, sterilization procedures, and digital imaging is important. Comfort with procedures such as crowns, bridges, dentures, restorations, root canal therapy, implant restoration, surgical extractions, alveoloplasty, bone grafting, local anesthesia support, nitrous oxide administration, and IV sedation monitoring is highly valued. Familiarity with Dentrix, Carestream, DEXIS, iTero, intraoral cameras, and digital X-rays is preferred. CPR certification is required.

This is a part-time opportunity with 2–3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. A full hour lunch break is provided. The office supplies disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to support a safe clinical environment. Parking is available on-site in a parking lot.

Compensation is $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Benefits include free dental care for the employee and family, along with paid holidays.
