Full-time RDH

We are a small private cosmetic dental office seeking a skilled and dependable dental hygienist to join our experienced team. Our practice is built around high-quality care, strong relationships, and a calm, patient-focused environment. With one dentist and one hygienist currently on staff, we are looking for a great addition to support our growing practice.

This is a full-time opportunity in a general, single-doctor setting that accepts PPO and private patients. Our schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind, and we provide ample time for each patient—typically 1 to 1.5 hours for hygiene visits and additional time as needed for treatment. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on thorough care, patient education, and a positive experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a college-educated dental professional who is confident, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent preventive and periodontal care. Key responsibilities include prophylaxis, periodontal screening, periodontal treatment, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatment, ultrasonic scaling, Cavitron use, X-rays - digital, Oraqix, dental charting, chair side assistance, and sterile procedures. Experience with Dentrix is preferred. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills are important in helping patients feel comfortable and informed.

We provide a supportive, safety-conscious environment and supply the following PPE: disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks. Parking is available in the back of the building for convenience.

This position includes a one-hour lunch break on Mondays and Tuesdays, and we offer a benefits package that supports both your professional and personal well-being.
