Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a Board Certified Dental Hygienist** to join our growing **general and private dental practice**. This is a **Part Time OR Full-Time** opportunity in a family-oriented setting that prioritizes **quality over quantity. Our team is dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-focused care in a supportive environment, and we have proudly served the community for more than 30 years.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene care while working one patient at a time, typically spending 45–60 minutes per patient** to ensure thorough treatment and education. Responsibilities include **prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, calculus removal, ultrasonic scaling, air polishing, fluoride treatment, gingivitis screening and treatment, periodontal treatment, pit and fissure sealants, oral hygiene instruction, treatment planning, and patient education**. You will also assist with **pediatric hygiene, whitening tray fabrication, impressions, local anesthesia, chair side assistance, and four-handed dentistry**, as needed. Strong skills in **dental charting, patient records, scheduling, sterile procedures, and CPR certification** are important for success in this position. Experience with **SoftDent, Carestream, DEXIS, digital X-rays, and intraoral camera systems is highly valued.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality care. While experience is preferred**, it is **not required**, and compensation will be **competitive and based on experience.
