Role Overview
We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who is calm under pressure, precise in their clinical work, and genuinely warm with patients. You'll work chair-side with our dentist to deliver efficient, high-quality care — and you'll be a key reason patients leave feeling good about their visit.

Take and process X-rays (digital and traditional)
Perform coronal polishing and other expanded functions per state scope of practice
Take accurate clinical notes and update patient charts in the practice management software
Monitor and maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Manage supply inventory and flag shortages proactively
Assist with patient education before, during, and after procedures
Communicate effectively with the front office regarding patient flow and scheduling
Support the team in maintaining a smooth, on-time schedule
What We're Looking For
You're a great fit if you:
Are methodical and consistent — you do it right the first time, every time
Stay calm and grounded when things get hectic or when patients are anxious
Follow protocols without needing to be told twice
Work well under the direction of a doctor without needing to take the lead
Genuinely enjoy making patients feel at ease
Show up on time, prepared, and ready to be a team player
