Join Our Growing Family Practice as a General Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity. Our practice, with over a decade of growth, prides itself on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where patient comfort is our top priority. We operate as a single-doctor office most days, with two dentists collaborating on Tuesdays to ensure our patients receive personalized and comprehensive care.

Our facility features seven newly remodeled operatories—three dedicated to hygiene, three for the doctors and one where we can do either treatment. We prioritize a collaborative and energetic work culture where busy hands are always welcome.

To thrive in this role, you should possess proficiency in general dentistry, restorative and cosmetic procedures, endodontics, and have experience with Invisalign, implant placement/restoration, and same-day crowns. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required. Familiarity with Dentrix is essential, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with patients and foster positive relationships within our team.

We offer a competitive compensation structure of 30% of adjusted production or a daily base rate, whichever is higher. A one-hour lunch break allows you to recharge during your busy day. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive dental sales tactics and over-treatment, focusing instead on ethical and patient-centered care.
