Part time RDH

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our modern, vibrant, and long-established family practice. This is a full-time opportunity in a General and Private practice setting where patient relationships matter and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. The ideal candidate will hold an RDH degree and bring at least 1 year of experience, ideally. A strong team-player mindset is essential. This role is well-suited for someone who is confident clinically, communicates clearly, and enjoys building trust with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include performing prophylaxis, calculus removal, scaling and root planing, ultrasonic scaling, Cavitron use, fluoride treatment, pit and fissure sealants, local anesthesia, Oraqix application, gingivitis screening and treatment, periodontal screening and treatment, oral cancer screening, oral pathology screening, pediatric hygiene, oral hygiene instruction, patient education, vital signs monitoring, dental charting, and sterile procedures. Experience with Eaglesoft, intraoral camera, Schick, and digital X-rays is preferred and will support smooth, efficient patient care.

You will see one patient at a time and typically spend 45 minutes to 1 hour with each patient, allowing time to provide thorough, personalized treatment. A 60-minute lunch break is provided during the day. The office provides exterior parking behind the office for convenience.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and well-equipped work environment. PPE supplied includes face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

Compensation for this full-time position is $52–57 per hour. Full-time employees are also eligible for insurance and PTO.
