Smile Muse Spa is a growing, faith-driven, concierge dental studio seeking an experienced, organized, and people-centered to lead our daily operations and help elevate the patient and team experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.
- Manage insurance verification, claims, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Monitor production, collections, case acceptance, and operational KPIs.
- Support treatment coordination and financial presentations.
- Develop and maintain efficient systems, workflows, and SOPs.
- Deliver an exceptional concierge-level patient experience.
- Partner directly with the owner dentist to execute practice goals and growth initiatives.
- Foster a positive, accountable, service-oriented team culture.

Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 5+ years of dental office management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong know ledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination.
- Experience with dental practice management software; Curve Dental experience is a plus.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Comfortable with performance metrics, financial accountability, and team development.
- Passionate about hospitality, patient relationships, and continuous improvement
