Dental assistant
LOCATION
Columbia, MDWe are seeking a reliable, compassionate dental professional to join our full-time team in our state-of-the-art practice. Our office is built on a strong team approach, meeting patients and coworkers where they are while continuing to grow and make a positive impact in the community. For the past 16 years, we have remained committed to both professional and personal growth, and we are looking for someone who shares those values.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental experience and must be cross-trained to support a variety of clinical tasks. This role requires confidence with 3D scanning and CEREC use, along with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. A positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in both a fast and relaxed environment are essential.
We offer a supportive workplace and a strong benefits package that includes health insurance, HSA, retirement account, paid holidays, and PTO. Compensation is $17–$26 per hour, based on experience.
