Hygienist Opportunity for our Periodontal Office - Napa and Sonoma variety

We are seeking a full-time dental hygienist to join our team in a professional, patient-centered periodontal and dental implant offices. This opportunity is available due to an unexpected time off for our hygienist, and we are looking for a dependable, skilled clinician to step into this great opportunity during this time and beyond.

Our practice is a periodontal and implant specialty office serving Napa and Sonoma through two dedicated offices, and we are especially proud of the supportive, collaborative environment we have built. This role is well suited for an individual who enjoys working in a structured, focused setting and providing high-quality care to one patient at a time. You will typically spend 1 hour with each patient or for each quadrant of root planning**, allowing you the time needed to deliver thorough treatment and education. A **1-hour lunch break** is included in the schedule, and **off-street parking with no permit required is available for added convenience.

We are looking for a hygienist with at least 1 year of experience** and strong clinical and organizational skills. Experience with **Dentrix** is preferred as we are operating the new cloud based version - Ascend. While the practice has a specialty focus, the role also includes a range of patient care opportunities, and **Friday is a pre-surgical anesthetic focus day to assist the doctor with allowing more requests to be honored for weekend recoveries, which adds variety to the hygiene schedule and makes the week more dynamic.

Compensation is $65–$75 per hour**, depending on the benefits desired and level of experience.
