Our office is intentionally designed to be calm, organized, and efficient—so you can focus on doing quality work without unnecessary stress or chaos.
Our office primarily serves Medicaid, Medicare, and family patients. This role is best suited for someone who is friendly, patient, dependable, and comfortable caring for a diverse range of patients, needs, and language backgrounds.
Our office serves a diverse, multilingual patient population, and some patient communication may occur in languages other than English to support comfort and quality of care. Team members should be comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment.

* Appointments are properly scheduled and realistic
* Approximately: 1 hour for cleanings and X-rays, 1 hour for fillings, and Up to 2 hours for complex procedures when needed.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
* Sterilize and disinfect instruments following strict protocols
* Take and process dental X-rays
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
* Ensure a smooth, comfortable, and professional patient experience
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
* Dental Assisting certification preferred (not required depending on experience)
* Radiography certification required
* Strong reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism
* Positive attitude and commitment to long-term employment
