Dental Hygienist for a Practice That’s Anything But Ordinary!

We are a privately owned, patient-centered general dentistry office located in Decatur, Georgia. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. This is a part-time position (Mondays and Wednesdays, 8am–5pm) — no evenings or weekends required.
Our Ideal Dental Hygienist Will Excel In:
• Delivering patient-focused care with compassion and professionalism
• Recording dental and periodontal histories, charting accurately, and documenting restorative conditions
• Providing thorough prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing using both hand instruments and ultrasonics
• Educating patients about oral health, prevention, and how to maintain healthy smiles long-term
• Partnering with the dentist to support treatment planning and provide seamless patient care
• Maintaining accuracy in written and verbal communication with patients and team members
• Ensuring their operatory is clean, organized, and sterilization protocols are followed
• Assisting with flexible office support (as schedule allows) to create a “team-first” environment
Our Requirements Include:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program (new grads welcome!)
• Current Georgia RDH licensure
• CPR/BLS certified
• Working knowledge of Dentrix or Open Dental (preferred but not mandatory)
• Comfort with a digital office environment
Work Schedule & Patient Philosophy:
• Mondays & Wednesdays, 8:00am – 5:00pm or Tuesday & Thursday 8:00-5:00
• No nights or weekends — we believe in strong work-life balance
• Appointment times are structured to provide quality care without rushing, ensuring meaningful time with each patient
Compensation & Benefits:
