Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) | Supreme Smiles | Flower Mound
LOCATION
Flower Mound, TXSupreme Smiles is a growing, modern startup dental practice in Flower Mound seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to take ownership of all clinical assisting responsibilities and help us deliver exceptional patient care.
We are looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a positive environment and enjoys building something special from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assistant who wants to be a key part of a growing practice.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (First patient is at 9am)
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for general dental procedures
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
Prepare and break down operatories
Sterilization and infection control
Set up and assist with crown and bridge procedures
Assist with extractions, root canals, and restorative procedures
Manage instruments and supplies
Provide excellent patient care and education
Ensure accurate charting and documentation
Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Help create an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Current CPR/BLS certification
Current Texas Dental X-Ray Certification
Knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience with Oryx preferred but not required
Preferred Experience
Minimum 1 years of dental assisting experience
Experience with crown and bridge procedures
Experience with extractions and root canals
Experience with digital radiography
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
