We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our solo dental practice, which has proudly served the community for over 46 years. Our office is a warm, welcoming environment with a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality dental care to friendly patients who appreciate our personalized approach. This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful difference in our patients' oral health.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will benefit from a flexible hygiene schedule running from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with options for a later start or earlier end. Our office prioritizes a patient-centered approach, allowing you one hour for each patient appointment, enabling you to deliver thorough, quality care on an extensive range of services. You will also have approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for lunch, ensuring you have time to recharge during the day.
We seek a passionate professional with at least 2 years of experience and a valid hygiene license. Your skills should include Arestin Therapy, calculus removal, Cavitron, fluoride treatment, gingivitis screening, oral cancer screening, Oraqix, patient education, periodontal screening, and prophylaxis. You must also be CPR and OSHA certified. Your knowledge and expertise will help us provide exceptional service, especially in light of our current need to fill the position due to our Wednesday hygienist's unexpected medical leave.
Our team is stable and cohesive, with all current staff members boasting an impressive tenure of 5 to 30+ years. We maintain a strong patient base, booked out until January 2027, which highlights our reputation for quality care within a PPO practice model.
