We’re searching for an experienced Scheduling Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is highly organized and deeply knowledgeable in dental insurance, scheduling workflows, and building a productive, efficient schedule.

This position requires someone with strong critical thinking skills, savvy with financials and developing creative solutions to help our patients maximize benefits, while reaching their oral health goals.

If you excel at educating patients on treatment and financials, coordinating daily operations that boost practice efficiency and production, you’ll be a great fit.

Qualifications:
Manage the schedule with intention, balancing patient needs, provider preferences, and production goals.
Maintain a smooth daily workflow, anticipating and resolving scheduling gaps or inefficiencies.
Deep understanding of dental insurance, including verifying benefits and reading EOBs.
Strong knowledge of dental workflows, scheduling systems, and front desk operations.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to educate and guide patients.
Proven ability to build productive schedules that support practice goals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Schedule:
4-day work week
Monday–Tuesday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Wednesday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
