Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist looking to be part of a cutting-edge practice? We are a newer private dental office committed to excellence in patient care, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team full-time. Our high-tech environment supports our mission to ensure that every treatment is executed flawlessly, aligning with our belief in solving patient problems rather than creating them.
As a member of our collaborative team, you will work under the guidance of Dr. Shall, a Dawson Style Practitioner, and benefit from our unique 1 column per doctor model. This approach allows us to provide comprehensive care while ensuring that every detail is addressed—after all, we believe in getting things right the first time. We take pride in our patient-centric focus and aim to create a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll enjoy coming to work.
In this role, you will provide individualized care to one patient at a time, dedicating 60-90 minutes depending on the procedure. Your expertise in administering anesthetic is essential, and being laser certified is highly desirable. With 2-3 years of experience preferred, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills while contributing to our growth.
We value work-life balance with a flexible lunch break of 30-60 minutes, allowing you to recharge during your busy day.
