We are a dynamic, three-year-old private dental practice looking for a motivated front office team member to join our expanding team! If you have 1-3 years of experience in a dental or similar healthcare setting, we want to hear from you.
In our patient-centered environment, we prioritize great comprehensive dental care while maintaining a light-hearted atmosphere. As a front office professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments using our cloud-based Oryx software, managing patient records, and providing excellent customer service during every interaction.
We are fully digital, utilizing state-of-the-art technology such as digital scanners and 3D printing, making your contributions more efficient and effective. We value clear communication in our team, and your exceptional communication skills will be essential in enhancing the patient experience.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided, ensuring a safe environment for our staff and patients. Enjoy a one-hour lunch break each day except for Fridays and take advantage of parking available both in front of and behind the office. This part-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
