Private Practice -Dental Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, dependable team member to join our dental office part-time/full-time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, professional environment and wants to make a real difference in patients’ experiences. We will train the right fit, so prior experience is not required if you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities may include assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking impressions or X-rays as allowed, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Good communication, organization, and attention to detail are important.
We offer PTO, a flexible schedule, no weekends, and a 60-minute lunch break. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience and fit.
