We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join a busy, patient-focused practice that provides general and PPO services. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality preventive care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with one patient at a time and providing thorough periodontal maintenance and 3-month recall appointments, typically spending 50–60 minutes with each patient.
In this role, you will play an important part in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental hygiene services, reviewing patient histories, taking and assessing necessary records, performing periodontal charting, scaling and root planing as appropriate, and educating patients on proper home care and preventive treatment. You will also help create a positive patient experience by communicating clearly, answering questions with professionalism, and building trust through strong interpersonal interactions.
Because this position involves close patient communication, excellent people skills are essential. We are looking for someone who can make patients feel comfortable, listen attentively, and work collaboratively with the dental team to support efficient, high-quality care. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in dental hygiene and a strong commitment to professionalism, clinical excellence, and patient-centered service.
This is a full-time position with a schedule designed to support both productivity and work-life balance. A 1-hour lunch break is provided. Parking is available in front of the office, offering convenient access for daily commuting.
Compensation for this role is $57–$58 per hour, reflecting the value of your skills, experience, and contribution to the practice. Candidates should have a college-level education and be prepared to work in a modern, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and patient care are top priorities.
If you are a dedicated dental hygiene professional who enjoys building relationships, providing quality preventive care, and working with a supportive team, this opportunity may be an excellent fit for you.
