We are a vibrant General/Cosmetic dental practice located in the heart of The Woodlands, and we are seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Estrada leads our one-doctor office, where we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality patient care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Our practice thrives on a foundation of teamwork, longevity, and strong relationships. Our dedicated staff includes Tracy, who has been an invaluable dental assistant for 17 years; Misty, our office manager for 8 years; Dianna from the front office; and our talented hygienists, Niki and Reem, who have been with us for 5 and 6 years respectively. We enjoy a close-knit, family atmosphere where everyone supports one another, fostering a positive work environment. We believe that our patients are part of our family too, and we cherish the relationships we build with them, including many generational families.
In this part-time position, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental hygiene duties, including but not limited to scaling and root planing, periodontal screenings, oral cancer screenings, and patient education. Your expertise in antibiotic therapy, nitrous oxide monitoring, and utilizing advanced dental technology will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.
We value your time as much as our patients' time; hence, our doctor never doubles book, allowing you to dedicate a full hour or more per patient to ensure thoroughness in treatment. Our office operates Monday through Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Thursday from 8 AM to 1 PM, providing you with a balanced work schedule.
With our growing practice, this position is designed for those who have at least 10 years of experience in the field.
