We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our private practice, where your expertise and patient care will make a significant difference in our community. Our single-doctor office prides itself on delivering exceptional dental care with a personal touch. We work primarily with PPO insurance and prioritize creating a relaxed environment that fosters strong relationships between our staff and patients.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and educating our patients on proper dental hygiene practices. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and implementing preventive care strategies. You will also conduct patient assessments and work closely with our dentist to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution and hold a valid state license. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about patient comfort and satisfaction, possesses excellent communication skills, and is capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a private practice setting is a plus, but new graduates with a strong commitment to patient care are also encouraged to apply.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $60 to $65, based on experience. Our practice values work-life balance, providing a one-hour lunch break during your shifts, allowing you to recharge. Additionally, we offer a 401k plan to help you secure your financial future while you focus on providing exemplary care.
