Dental Hygienist Opportunity – Midtown Dental Studio (Plantation, FL)

Anticipated Start Date: December 2025 – January 2026

Are you a passionate and patient-focused Dental Hygienist looking for your forever dental home? While we’re not rushing to fill this role immediately, we are beginning the process of thoughtfully finding the right person to join our hygiene team later this year.

We are a husband-and-wife-owned practice in Plantation, FL, focused on delivering elevated patient care in a fun, team-driven, and growth-minded environment. Our future team member is someone who values connection, autonomy, and doing great work with people who care.

✨ About the Position:

Anticipated start date: December 2025 or January 2026

Monday–Thursday schedule (Fridays off!)
1-hour hygiene appointments (with time built in for quality care)
Fully digital and paperless
Beautiful, modern office with supportive systems and team culture
Clear onboarding process so you feel confident and supported from Day 1

A licensed Dental Hygienist
Someone who loves to educate and build long-term patient relationships
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Comfort with or openness to using technology (we’re digital everything!)
