Dental Hygienist
LOCATION
Fruitland Park, FLPART-TIME DENTAL HYGIENISTS NEEDED 2-3 days/week
SINGLE DENTIST - PRIVATE DENTAL OFFICE
MONDAY TO THURSDAY 7:30 AM TO 3:00 PM
BE DONE BY 3:00 AND SPEND THE EVENING WITH YOUR FAMILY.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, scaling and root planning, and applying fluoride treatments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct comprehensive dental assessments and screenings
- Educate patients on diagnosed treatment and help schedule the patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
Skills:
- Proficient in medical records management and documentation
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and practices
- Familiarity with dental coding for dental procedures
- Strong patient assessment skills to identify oral health issues and develop treatment plans
- Proficient in using dental software systems
